Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AIVIDEOSDXB website and the engagement of our creative services. By accessing our website or commissioning our services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
AIVIDEOSDXB provides AI video production, brand films, social content, 3D animation, mixed reality campaigns and creative direction services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or proposal outlining specific deliverables, timelines and pricing.
Project Engagements
• All projects begin with a signed proposal or written confirmation of scope • A deposit is required before any creative work begins • Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client feedback and approvals • AIVIDEOSDXB reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion
Payment Terms
• A deposit of 50% is required to commence any project • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery • Invoices are payable within 7 business days of issue • Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received • All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated
Intellectual Property
• Upon receipt of full payment the client receives full ownership of the final delivered assets • AIVIDEOSDXB retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio, website and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing • All creative concepts, drafts and unused assets remain the property of AIVIDEOSDXB • Third party assets used in production are subject to their respective licensing terms
Revisions
• Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate • Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project details, pricing and proprietary information confidential. AIVIDEOSDXB will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
AIVIDEOSDXB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
Cancellation Policy
• Projects cancelled before work commences will receive a full refund of the deposit • Projects cancelled after work has commenced will forfeit the deposit • Projects cancelled after 50% completion will be invoiced for work completed to date
Website Use
• You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content from our website without written permission • You may not use our website for any unlawful or harmful purpose • We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
